Zentro Desktop App

When you use Zentro, the app may contact our licensing servers at lowlightlabs.uk to start a trial, activate a license, or check subscription status. Zentro does not upload your files or file contents — only the licensing data below is sent.

  • installId — an anonymous identifier generated on your device for trial tracking and license binding.
  • deviceName and deviceOs — basic device details to help with support and fraud prevention.
  • License key — provided by you during activation; we store a hashed form to validate access and enforce device limits.
  • Trial timestamps — when your free trial started and when it expires.

You can manage licenses linked to your account from your Lowlight Labs account page. Contact us if you need trial or activation data removed.

FlowCraft Desktop App

When you use FlowCraft, the app may contact our licensing servers at lowlightlabs.uk to generate, activate, or check a license. FlowCraft does not upload your Python scripts or flow contents — only the licensing data below is sent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our websites. This may include pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. Google processes this data on our behalf under their terms. You can opt out using browser privacy extensions or Google's analytics opt-out tools.

Third Parties

We work with trusted providers to run our services. These may include:

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Resend for contact form and account-related email delivery.
  • Mailchimp for optional marketing and interest-list signups.
  • Authentication providers when you sign in with a third-party account.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers such as Vercel.

These providers only receive the data needed to perform their role.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, billing, or security requirements. You can request deletion by contacting us.
