By using Lowlight Labs websites or products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Lowlight Labs provides software products, websites, and related tools. This includes products such as Zentro, FlowCraft, and Vault, along with any updates or supporting services we make available.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or use our services in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.
Purchases and Licenses
Paid products are subject to the license terms presented at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, licenses are personal, non-transferable, and limited to the use described at the time of sale.
Refunds
Zentro lifetime purchases include a 14-day no-questions refund from the date of purchase. Contact us at contact@lowlightlabs.uk with the email used at checkout and we will process eligible refunds through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by law.
Acceptable Use
You may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services. You may not use our software for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others. Reverse engineering or redistribution may be restricted where permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
Lowlight Labs retains all rights to its software, branding, and content. Purchasing a license grants you a limited right to use the product as described — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lowlight Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
